New COE management is hopeless. These people at high level were hired from outside and they hate engineering a lot. Earlier engineering friendly policies are gone.

The Marketing Automation Team in India sucks. - No work life balance - Employees are expected to work round the clock. - Managers are of fake experience in Marketing Automation team (Prabhu Bhaskar). - Poor management . - No /Processes set up properly. - Politics - A fellow women teammate was asked to finish some tasks when her family was in HOSPITAL down sick. - The HR team sings to the tune of top management. In short never join this company - if you get a role in Marketing /Digital Marketing - Follows a top down approach ..

Too much of politics. Repackaging old wine in new bottle - watching this happening everywhere is a huge frustration. Looking good rather than doing good is the norm.

Flexible working hours, teammates and work environment is good.

Dislikes

There is no balance between the number of people and the work load, so people expect you to work day and night including holidays, Compensation is not at par with the amount of work and freshers are tricked during college placements

Challenging work in most teams Very good work-life balance You will get good experience working with OS concepts, threads distributed systems etc. Management is caring

Dislikes

Pay not as good as other companies of similar size and reputation Increments are not as good. (10-12% only) Stuck using old technologies like C++. If you want to work on a modern tech stack like Node, Kubernetes, etc, you will likely not get that opportunity here.
