Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Yes I would like to work at community college MOTIHARI because this is a job oriented course the student attending course belong to rural area and from very poor family. I have a long experienced about automobile repairing inspection and on the job training. I am very happy to spread my skills to all students.

There is no reason to dislike community college but this programme was run from 2012-2017 only.
