...r thinks they are god here. If they dont like you they will force you to resign. You cant reachout to HR , hr wont help you
3) STVR OR bonus part is a joke. You will get likr 50% of it.
4) you have to wait for 15 months to get hike and bonus
5) They will ask you to change your skills and learn something which is not your skills whether you wanna learn it or not. They will force you
6) no canteen facilities. Food you have to bring from home.
7) discrimination is also there for north people
8) cba india is like a vendor to cba Australia . So you have to be careful.
9) environment is like service based, will notice your working hours in ofc, will micro manage.
10) this company was better until indian people joined as manager’s or upper management.
11) no gifts or outing
12) onshore opportunities iss 0.
... get promotion hike from 0 yes from 0 to 60 it is based on the range
If you have less package you will get big percentage
Variable pay is joke here,
Don't fall for variable pay
No boundaries on work
They will make you to do all the work if you don't know how to say no,
Very old technologies
Only SQL is required
No spark code will by writing
They have their own library to use (built on top of spark) to use only SQL not the dataframe code
Micro management
Just lik other office
Office politics on region
Deployment process is completely manual
More documentation process for release
No documentation on code or requirements
No onsite opportunity
Work pressure
Outdated technologies
No food
Discrimination against gender on recruitment
It is female organisation,
Full discrimination towards males
For recruitment to promotions, hikes
Outdated technologies
Outdated release process, dev work is simpler than release
Entire release process is manual
There are people in release management they will do show off like they only did everything, no credit to actual designers, tech BA, dev or testing, at last all the credit goes release team
The release teams knows nothing, even not able execute steps without our help, can't execute single step.
Offered good salary, various benifits. Flexible working hours. Good employee friendly insurance policy, various tax benifits. Easy to approach HRs. Only 40% in office attendance required. No monitoring of hours spending in office.
I) Mostly Enhancement related works as major development already done by the vendors, so if you are looking for good development work then you will be disappointed.
II) Less growth as less number of promotion.
III) Managers are not good
IV) Almost near to 0 possibility of changing projects
V) Too much process involve for following SDLC processes from Code development to successful deployment in Production
VI) Dependencies with multiple team with onshore and offshore
VII) Lot of favouritism in Managers
VIII) Lot of promises in Monthly Townhall discussion however in reality unable to achieve 50% of it.
IX) Infrastructure is ok, however canteen food is very expensive
X) A very strange process of taking in office attendance through turnstile gate swiping via mobile navigation app

I work for Bankwest bank which is subsidiary of CBA. The agile methodologies that they follow here are subjective to each team which I feel is kind of micromanaged. Again it depends on who you work under with, I personally felt there is no recognition for work. If you can show off your work, and well spoken you can sustain this kind of micromanagement.
