One of the worst organizations. No proper management in Transaction Monitoring. Daily we need to stretch and weekend works. 3+ years project got started but management still say that we are pipeline the project. Think twice before you join to CBA.

No respect, Personal target if pointed out the mistake, spread rumours about the person they don’t like, politics at its height, Even from EM level they come to down to make your work life hell, they don’t give work even asked but during 1x1 they point out employee is not UPTO the mark or not doing any work.. SIMPLY WASTE if you expect respect

Dangerous workplace which is driven by EM and GM, job safety is not there at all. Great Innovation and change management, however, the pace also creates havoc in work workplace where the job they recruited 6 months ago becomes irrelevant and redundant. For Indian sentiment, this company is too low in rank compared to many American and European companies.
