The career growth in the organization is poorly structured. There is no secession plan for technical expertise when they reach some job grade level.

the job security is well kept by the bank. there is good working culture which adopted by the bank for long time. the upward,downward and horizontal communication is sooth in the bank. it has educative banking policies on which other bank based while preparing their own bank policy

The work prussure and payment and promation very low and also the human resource management very poor giving attation employment promotion

It is a very good experience to have challenging environment which require full energy and also energetic co-workers.

I don't dislike anything about it but I do want to work in different environment that can give me additional experience and knowledge.
