...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but carre growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.Hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes.

Commercial automobiles is a big group working with them helps me to improve my many weakness peoples are helpful their,infrastuture is very good

Salary growth rate is very low per year,incentives are very low for executives

It is the best company in automobiles in India where all staff are very supportive our MD sir and GM and all DSM sir all are very supportive to help staff and listen all problems of customer and the management is also too good

Since, due to delearship the job security is poor they pay money in hands not in account . That's why there is no security of job.

I work under the dealership and the the most dislike part is that all wants to show there sinior rights .
