Company has grown many fold in last 3 years and has even stringer growth prospect going forward. 6) Work Satisfaction : If you are a skilled professional, you will love this place. 7) Work life balance : You might need to go for extra mile on few occasions but company will take care of everything. 8) Here people work in UK hours, I see above that one random lady has said an absolute lie. Do not fall for that, do your own research first.

There is nothing to dislike about this. "I would use this space to answer one review just above it who is telling absolute lie, just to defame the company. This place is strictly not for those people who want to delegate the tasks and just sit back and relax. Every one in the company is doing their best to make it next biggie in FinTech world. Company growth and it's list of clients is the proof."

This company is for someone who hates their life and want to work without objecting to anything wrong that's happening. The HR in the company would make fun of your feedback and the managers would not care about anything and get their frustration out on you. It's better to be jobless than join Commcise and kill your self confidence and self respect.

There is nothing good here, if you join then you are doomed for the time you are in the company.

Everyone joins the company with the hike they give and the Euronext brand but story is different once you are in it. - Except 6-7 employees(the commcise kids) who are very much preferable , rest all are nobody in the organisation.(All policy exceptions only for the oldies) - The seniors lack interpersonal skills. - Work life balance, its a joke here. - Being part of Euronext, its still a TYPICAL MEDIOCRE Indian company where your voice goes in to deaf ears. - Policies , super lol . The worst in the industry. No employment benefits. - Company culture is the worsEST . - No trainings or skill development programs. - Seniors are inexperienced to handle the situations. - HR please focus on the existing employees rather than checking/calling who posted what on these sites and ask them to take down. - Wish there could have been possibility to rate in "-".
