There's no Career here. There's no reganation for yourself efforts. Micromanagement. MD is Good person. COO is okay he is doing his job. Not focused on employees and company. He doing job. Over All ok to explore the UAE market. Don't expect anything from the Company side. They're small firm focus on big journey but all will be verified with time dialution. I would suggest be collaborative and progressive work culture bring the employees to focus on company vision and mission. I felt not valuing employees welfare.
