favoritism is playing a significant role in the company's operations.It appears that favoritism is pervasive, particularly in the virtual role played by the director. There seems to be a clear bias towards old employees, who are receiving considerably more attention and opportunities compared to new joiners.This imbalance is concerning, as it creates a sense of disillusionment and unfairness among newer team members.it is disheartening to witness the apparent lack of effective waste management within the company. Projects in crucial areas such as digital marketing and graphics are being entrusted to individuals who may not possess the necessary qualifications or expertise like Akshi & Kushal. Even boss likes the employee those who had done fraud or deception using company's credit cards for personal uses. worst Experience .This company is notorious for its deeply entrenched and harmful political maneuvering. Management problem & too much politics of old elephant employees. No one can even listen your ideas and new uodation. New employee can't servive over there even for 1 month . Don't spoil your career to join
