The extremely high satisfying office atmosphere & work culture. Good compensation & benefits like free lunch etc. Very well designed & maintained office looks. High value as it's a product based & has several products with them. You name it, we have it kinda organization.

Nothing much. Seems to be pretty good for now.

...Also have tie up with top institutes for higher education programs (subsidized). Lot's of events round the clock and gives nice goodies on December and a Diwali bonus.

Dislikes

Annual hikes are very less around 10% max. If you don't get promoted to next level in 2-3 years, you will be underpaid. Also internal promotions hikes are less (around 15%). Bad food options in the office and the tech park is in a really bad location, right opposite to garbage dump.

... one good thing to say, and opportunities to learn and work in new technologies. You will get your variable pay more than 100%.

There is no WFH allowences, No furniture for WFH. Some activities remind you as like being in service company.

Get good hikes while joining because after you will get 10% regularly. Yearly Increase in salary. You can expect promotion in once every two years. Separate time is spent on innovation Open source and inner source contributions are welcomed. Less work pressure. No Strict timings

Not every project has Senior Architect. By default you might get pulled in Manager Roles in your carrier. No food is provided. (Now they are given afternoon food just to get the employees back) No perks during Corona period to buy furnitures for WFH
