...good here. There is scope for skill development if you get into a good project. Salary paid is usually according to market standards and can sometimes even be inflated.

Dislikes

Other than a decent pay packages, there is nothing more to the company. Policies are drafted in such a way that it will only benefit people who are native to Hyderabad. There is lack of geographical diversity in the workforce considering that 95% of the people recruited are either from Hyderabad or Andhra. There is no work from home or hybrid policy. You need to come to office everyday. There is no flexibility here.

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
