...support the staffs by taking more staffs when management genuine with them they have not giving a good salary hike

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. By comparing with salary workload is more, staffs are suffering like anything. There was nobody to appreciat dialysis staffs when other department staffs are getting appreciation everymonth too but these staffs are worked hard and left the company with great disappointment

Columbia Asia was the best well managed hospital I've ever seen anywhere in India. The work culture at Columbia Asia Hospital was different and unique compared to any other health care sector in India. Even their top management listen to your ideas and implement it. You will gradually develop your skills and be perfect from every aspect in your work field. I personally learned a lot while I was working with Columbia Asia. Columbia Asia Hospital have built me personally and professionally. Columbia Asia Hospital will always be a part of my life. It's really sad to see Manipal Hospitals to take over Columbia Asia Hospital group in India.

...king here. Work load is there. But over all columbia is a really good hospital. You will get good salary and the extra curricular activities are also there to refresh your mind

Work load is there. Duty hours are more than other hospital. Sometimes it is difficult to balance ur personal and professional life

...a activities to lower your burden , no holidays even u feel sick , according to job they gave you less salary , but take more work even after your shift timings are over , no pay for parttime , my overall experience is average

Below average salary , career growth slow , lot of politics , no proper trainings given to employes , no work culture , no extra benefits like free transport , team outings job trainings etc..
