Service delivery department : Too much work load. No career Growth. No time for invitation and idea implementation. Complete Desi Lala company however it is MNC. ** Job is Highly unsecure. Company fire every year engg. and manager (some of them served more than 10 year & fired in 10 minutes) ** Highly unskilled/ rough manger including Director in service Delivery. People coming on weekends to complete their week jobs without any benifit just to save job.

One of the best Telecommunication companies out there. My work Life balance was good. They now provided permanent work from home for India employees which is very good as we can save lot of expenses in Bangalore. Very good leave policies Average benefits

If you want frequent switch/changes , this company is not for you . It slows down a bit your learning curve. But due to policies and culture , you can stay in company as long as you want

...n too bad 1. 15% variable 2. too little option available to reduce tax burden. so even if you get a good hike, chances are you would be getting almost the same inhand pay from last org.
