1. मैने पांडेसरा गुजरात के यूनिट 2 के गेट नंबर 8 में काम किया है मैं पहले सिक्योरिटी गार्ड था काम मुझे ज्वाइनिंग के वक्त 12 घंटा बताया गया था लेकिन मुझे उससे ज्यादा ही काम करना पड़ा था रोज रोज। 2. इस कंपनी में जातिवाद चलता है। 3. किसी को इस बात नही पड़ी की वर्कर्स को पैसे मिले या नही। 4. कांट्रेक्टर हर महीने अपने एम्प्लॉय से कुछ न कुछ पैसे कटता रहता है और ये सभी सीनियर जानते हैं लेकिन किसी को कोई फिकर नही। 5. आपके लिए सोने पे सुहागा है अगर आप पंडित है अगर है तो आपकी 70 प्रतिशत गलतियां माफ़ करदी जाएंगी वर्ना 10 प्रतिशत पर भी आपको निकाला जा सकता है या तगड़ा फाईन लग सकता है NOTE:- COLOURTEX की ब्रांचेस पूरे भारत में है लेकिन मैंने अपना एक्सपीरियंस लिखा है गुजरात के ब्रांच का ।

Every day I am learning and improve my skills and experience, it is very challenging day by day but like it very much.

Company can't gave week off to contract base labours, they are working continuously for month...

Good thing is company have old staff who work with loyalty and they need to give if they knowledge property given newly joined then company takes faster growth

About my experience there is great experience of my life in the colourtex industry. I like the most while working is support of other employees and workers because without their advice I can't be able to learn also the communication with the workers and how to handle the workers I like the most and the chemicals process management that I learn and I like the most in colourtex industry.

If I said about dislike to me in colourtex industry that was the pollution there is huge pollution in many plants that is bad for the employee and workers so that they are not able to work so if I say the improvement in the pollution safety .
