Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? i don't like anything

...d here for 2 years, there is no work satisfaction, but i learned some work here.They wont give best to the customer, they wont complete any project in time, and they wont pay salary in time, always we have to beg them for our salary.i have bad experience with them. don't refer anyone to that company.
