The working condition of employees is very bad and the salary structure is very low as compared to others. They higher in very cheap salary, providing very third class facilities to employees.Not giving proper rest/leavea to the employee. And once a employee join can't leave upto the bond of 2 3 years,and also bond amount is 1.5lakh if you have to leave organisation. Work culture is sterssfull.

1) 1.5 lakhs bond 2) he takes all original documents for all Time and can't come back if any documents are required 3) any time termination without any cause 4)There is very poor management. It is not certain that you will get leave every week 5)The Central Government holiday does not give him a holiday even on the holiday and neither does he get any extra payment for the day 6)He has to use mobile for company work but the company does not give him allowance for it. 7)The company provides breakfast once a day but it is very bad. I can't eat it. 8)Doesn't give the travel allowance.

CIPPL providing friendly environment and giving chance for R &D, staff and management team are such a good helping as well as giving right information to its carrier, company giving time to time salary, yearly increment on performance basis
