Politics,humiliation what you will get from your seniors, self doubt , and at the end there’s no job security. You will feel like to die everyday. Right now I’m mentally shattered because of pressure and humiliation. I always suggest don’t work with this brand. You will lost your life in doubts and clarification

Any brand or company need to growth of 15% every year to year but employees increment only 5 to 7 # per year and tell the employee this is give u because your special.. this is not fair
