On the other had international travel related to work gave me great opportunity to work with global teams worldwide. Very good international travel policy in place. Freedom and empowerment at work place must be appreciated

...ication. Annual leave was very less compared to industry standards in India. No leave carry over was allowed, in case of leave reimbursement only the basic salary available for employees. Domestic travel policy was not appreciable. No car lease policy.

No salary Hikes, No gifts, No promotions, Individuals favored by managers receive more advantages. The longer you stay lesser will be paid. Some leaders are subpar, constantly introducing their relatives and spouses without any need in requirements and prior experience as well, if they won't perform well leads should handle their work pressure. ..
