Very worst management especially MR.Veeresh is very cunning minded person in the construction industry I never seen such a worst person in the industry and not fit to be human . Man with worst character .

Company is good but sector is unorganised.. company cannot sdo anything in this.. developer requirements are different. Developer approach towards construction is different

Senior management is terrible. Will ask you to work in multiple departments and will waste your time in unnecessary meetings. Then you ll be blamed for not doing your work at time. They can fire you any time. Only bootlickers are safe here. If you are working and being straight forward then you are the worst person in organisation. Increments are peanuts. Micromanagement is another big issue here. Your in time should be 9 but at out timing they will start a meeting. Even on weekend they won’t let you breathe.

Colliers having multiple projects with huge volume. Got well experience to handling mega projects as per industry standards.

There's no standard in salary package, which needs to be considered as per individual experience by management.

There is no job security nor an employee was seen in regard of his ability skills and other achievements that benefitted the company in the past. The resolution expertise of an employee were never been appreciated by higher management.
