Qualifications
- Reaching out to the potential clients, mostly the real estate developers to understand their business strategy, future growth plan and funding requirement.
- Advising the clients on most suited strategic solutions in terms of fund raising through different avenues, acquisition of land and constructed assets and divestment of land and constructed assets.
- Originating transactions related to land acquisition, fund raising for projects, investment sales and other structured deals at different stage of real estate business cycle and getting mandates from the clients for the same.
- Getting closure of the transactions originated and collection the advisory fees from the clients.
- They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans and drive business growth.
- Thorough industry or market analyses, Company profiles / Portfolio analysis, Thematic studies, Pitch books, Capital Structure / Liquidity Analyses, Cash Flowing Modeling, Market Comparable analysis, competitive benchmarking and opportunity assessments through in depth primary and secondary research.
- Client and investor interactions, site visits, preparing new databases and maintaining existing databases on a regular basis.
- CA/ MBA or equivalent
- Proven track-record of 10-15 years in land and fund-raising transactions
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to navigate structured deals
