No responsibility is taken by the seniors to address the grievances of the employees. No pay hike and promotional aspects. Though it is an MNC, work culture is not there, small companies are doing far better. In simple NOT a great place to work.

...s PMP certificate mandatory orelse they are not fit to handle team below them. Payscale is not standard for less experienced low performers good pay and hard workers demotivational pay scale

Company is good but project manager are not worth to handle team .any circumstances project manager should not compromise on company standards or else no point of working as clients pawn or stamp

Very bad work life balance with worst HR policies and only exploitation of employees.

Dislikes

Compensation is bad, with less growth. The work pressure is extremely high, I have to work 14-16 hours in a day. Managers are busy in themselves and you have to do the job at any cost within deadline.

...facing job. I had to manage client so that they should not escalate to Colliers. Otherswise salary will be on time.

Very worst management especially MR.Veeresh is very cunning minded person in the construction industry I never seen such a worst person in the industry and not fit to be human . Man with worst character .
