Mr Narayan Singh is not fit for general manager position as he doesn't understand the problem raised by site lead he listens only client not his assets. He is useless because of him Colliers will loose many site lead.

There is no job security nor an employee was seen in regard of his ability skills and other achievements that benefitted the company in the past. The resolution expertise of an employee were never been appreciated by higher management.

Working environment is nice and company culture is good. On time salary and the statutory are maintained properly. Regular training is conducted for staffs.

No job security. Salary is depends on client payment only. Need to improve sub vendor management.

Very worst management especially MR.Veeresh is very cunning minded person in the construction industry I never seen such a worst person in the industry and not fit to be human . Man with worst character .
