New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

1. Lead generation is poor for Sales vertical. 2. One outsider joined as a Senior Executive Director in Jan 2024 & messed up with the complete Office Services Line which later & sooner the top management will realize but I am sure by then it will be too late to fix the damage.

IT services was disappointing. Any kind of damage of laptop and other systems may take you debt, moreover the damage occurred due to any reason, either it’s wear and tear.

Last year in first wave of covid company force to leave without pay for 4 month, but when second wave of covid me and my family infected , company not considered my leave without pay for one month so company policy not goood for employees.
