No work-life balance Higher management are not supportive Its name is only international but the work culture is like typical indian One man show, No job security No professionalism - senior use offensive words, if work not done in time.

Very worst management especially MR.Veeresh is very cunning minded person in the construction industry I never seen such a worst person in the industry and not fit to be human . Man with worst character .

Work Life Balance is good . Company Culture is very Good .Seniors & Mentors Directors are very supportive. Best working Environment

Only Yearly appraisel , Bonus is not there. Performance basis encouragement is not there

Company is good but sector is unorganised.. company cannot sdo anything in this.. developer requirements are different. Developer approach towards construction is different

Mr Narayan Singh is not fit for general manager position as he doesn't understand the problem raised by site lead he listens only client not his assets. He is useless because of him Colliers will loose many site lead.
