... forget about working from home. That privilege seems reserved for a select few. Between the toxic culture, Asking for Salary Justification, and micromanagement, I honestly can’t recommend this company. There are much better places to work where you’ll be treated with respect.

To be very honest it's nothing, everything is just politics and they are very much. The HR is good very good I can say the only good thing in this organisation.

... follow, no senior to talk to or report to for anything. It's just one person i.e Arjun and he is supper moody person and always talks about salary justification. He makes the environment toxic and he ll also make you question up your worth and abilities. Not a place to look for a long term growth in terms of values and monetory as well.

Cheap work culture, they negotiate salary saying they offer a no-politics work environment, actually the opposite is true. They hire people with false promises in season and fire under false pretexts, off season.

Toxic management, no adherence to labor laws, if you work only nine hours a day, then this is not the place for you. The culture is of sycophancy. They hire in a frenzy from August onwards, preying on young freshers, then make them slog all hours and fire them January onwards, once the utility is done. .

You can work in your own way.

Management is poor and selfish. They hire you making false promises, they will give you huge cases and expect no escalation. No job security, dirty office politics, no defined roles. No hierarchy. On the name of management only 4 people are there Suraj Bajaj, Jimeet Sanghvi, Mala, Arjun Gilani. HR has no say they do whatever is asked to do. Priyanka is head of HR and she is senseless of her duties and very rude and inconsiderate person. They just use good company employee for a time being and then just ask them to leave as there work is done without even giving increment.

It has been more than 5 years working with Collegepond, and I have experienced huge growth during this tenure. Open door culture allows us to share our ideas and feedback with seniors. The leaders and boss are very supportive. Under the supervision of my marketing head Arjun Golani, I explored new marketing tactics and successfully executed several big projects. Rewards, competitive, open culture, flexible working hours, good stock options are some major perks of working with Collegepond.
