Payment of Salary on-time. Occasional parties and outings.

No work life balance at all. Sometimes had to work till mid-night due to sharp deadlines. If work not done in deadline, was yelled at in the DSM. Poor managerial skills and behaviour. Any assistance from other developers was also very poor. Total Hire and Fire culture. They fire you stating performance issue when it's actually a layoff. If asked what was the performance issue then no answer. Don't expect any job security even if you have good performance. They have clauses in their offer letter like 3 months notice period and not taking job, after resignation, in other companies which are their competition for 2 years otherwise legal action. Join only if you have absolutely no option else don't join.

...ere is no growth else try it yourself) 3. knowledge of your manager is zero. 4. Salary is like a penny worker. 5. If you will join collegedunia as a Data Analyst , you will get all the work besides the work of data analyst. 6. Its is the worst company.

They started cutting salaries and promised to pay back after the second quarter, which they still have to fulfill.

No collaboration among team. Everyone is rude, with zero planning and untimely patch requests.

There is a possibility to get friends but it depends on the team with which you work.

High level of in-team politics. Doesn’t value hardwork no matter what you do. No bonus or hike or appreciation of work.

Very low salary. Even a beggar earns more. Very bad work-life balance Seniors are never satisfied with your work
