working environment , salary , incentive , over workload , unattainable targets and no co-operation from senior manager to achieve those target, incentive which seems like cashback even after completing targets, forcing to work on weekend and national holidays and no compensation or comp-off

Middle management is good. They let you work independently.

Dislikes

- Appraisals are almost negligible. Even when you have worked great and delivered "above-expectations" results, they don't increase your salary - Higher managements are terrible. They don't take logical descisions and force their ideas on you. Even when their ideas fail, they do not try out the logical method. Salary and appraisals are the worst thing

Only the manager, but even the manager's job was on stake due to office internal politics

Everything including the top management, HR, policies. They will cut your salary without any notice, delay your pay day and then you keep following with the HR

Counselling students and their parents to get better in future in getting good colleges.

...life balance. You have be available always, cannot plan anything for the family. Salary is too less. No increment in last 2years. No job security is there. Even the oldest persons and senior management is being sacked any day instantly. No incentives are given as promised from last one year. Company culture is going down everyday.

There is nothing to be liked in this organization. **politics are on high level, if u know how become favorite of your manager then only you can survive in this company**

There is no professionalism , no work culture No promotions, no hierarchy even they will start deducting your salary as a mandatory holiday….. abhi to ruko, abhi aur baaki hai. Chahe kitna bhi acha conversion ho season off hote hi apko nikala jaa sakta hai and reason puchne par khud HR head bolte hai ki company ke pass funds hi nahi h apko afford nahi kar sakte, agar team me theek se rehna h to managers ki ya leaders k kaam krte rho unko ghr se lana lejana chai paani sb unhe proper seat par dete raho aur uske bad bhi koi bharosa nahi wahi manager apko kbhi b beech floor par kuch b ant shant bol sakta hai. Aur aur aur….. Company ke koi working hours hi nahi hai office timing 11-12 hrs ki shift krni hi padegi wo bhi without weekoff before 15 days, chahe ap bimar ho ya ghr par koi mara ho Page kam padh jayenge yaha but is company ki burai khatam nahi hongi. Esi company exist kaise kar rhi h idk!
