Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

During my working period, it was a nice experience with other teachers in my department. I resigned from department due to some personal issues. Now I would like to rejoin the deaprtment and wish to continue my service (or teaching) to my beloved children.

I didn't receive my arrear till now. I was resigned from KVASU on 24/02/2017 due to some personal things. Hope University will consider this as my requesting letter. Thank you.
