Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Very disappointing when joined the company. No business ethics in the company. Kicked out numerous employees during lockdown. No work life balence.

Collaborative workspace consultant is a great company it feels a pleasant experience working in it, CWC management always standing shoulder to shoulder with us and there have been excellent measures to protect the epidemic like to COVID 19.
