...either call/mail them they respond Properly ( some times it might take longer)
1) for some client there payroll system is really nice like they might give joining bonus as well after a year.( I believe it's depend on Project & client as well)
2) first we have to understand, Collabera is more of a medium between clients and employees ( software engineer) they don't have any parmanent employee they do hire on contract basis,so for short term you can say it's good one( remember the word for short term).
3) You are eligible for 15 PLs, 3 CL & 3 SL yearly. Leaves will get credited in your account on a monthly accrual basis. Hence every month you are entitled to 0.25 SL, 0.25 CL and 1.25 PL.
Again there's a condition (You become eligible for PL after 6 months & eligible for SL & CL after 4 months, but if you are on leaves prior completion of 6 months / 4 months respectively it will amount to LOP.)
4) in some cases Project manager/TL( from client side) are supportive, they might be deplomatic as well some time, that will talk about in next part ( it's all about my project only)
5) last but not the least they will be sending you the laptop for work (not sure about welcome kit, because I haven't got), yes they might send some gift that includes chocolate and lunch box, this much i can say as of now. See you guys in next part keep patience.
1) Collabera can fire you at any time, there is nothing called job security in Collabera, they don't have any parmanent employee ( software engineer).
2) if you want job security you have to gain the trust of client, if they will onboard you in their organisation you are safe(other than that never trust on collabera).
3) the will say in the mail like " we tried our best to hold you but client is not ready" after that they ask you for the updated resume ( frankly speaking that's kind of manipulation nothing else).
4) in some cases there justification is not good actually, its not there fault they only hire talent acquisition ( employee) as parmanent role.
5) for new joiner during work from Home there might be delay in payment.
6) training laptop might be bad in some cases but for project they provide laptop with full security.
7) here is the conclusion if you don't have any job and at the same time you have financial problem, for backup go for it& simultaneously you can upgrade your skill sets.(only for short term),for short it's just awesome.
:- All the best folks.👍
...ce client job is done.
No Proper Interaction/Communication to from Manager/HR.
No Salary if you are not billable, Even it is not mentioned in Appointment Letter.
Collabera is staffing agency and not a company. They just take commission on you being deployed at client site. Very few leaves are there. No medical insurance. No job security. Your last day at client will be your last day at collabera. HRs are very lazy and they do not bother to redpond to emails/phone calls. No company email id is provided and no escalation matrix is given either.
