Overall, I had a good experience working with Collabera. It has a good company culture with knowledgeable managers and team leads (atleast in my case :), Average Salary but if you are looking for a stable and a long time career at one company, this should be your priority.

There is a little office politics at the management level, a few managers are difficult to deal with.

They don’t even care about the employees once they placed in client location. The leave policy is worst and Coming to appraisal part even we are getting good feedback and pay from client they don’t give least yearly appraisal once they started the process they will take minimum 4 months and from 5 month they will reflect the hike and if we ask next year they will take like since we have 5 months back will give in next year in the same month 😌😌

- HR is not supportive and talks only about what his or her close friends discuss. - if you are a boss friend you can stay or else please - If You will talk to higher management please note your days are less in the company. - Never join Employee relations

They maintain a healthy working environment most of the times.

Dislikes

Salary and appraisals are not at all up to the mark. The recruiters are not even getting 50% of the salary according to the market value. Should provide cab services for the female employees atleast.

If they hire you to be a other company then you would be in bench forever because no good client
