Nothing to like, I hate Collabera Digital,

...ected after I pointed them out. There's been no professionalism or appreciation. Each month, my salary fluctuates after joining. I faced a 60% deduction without a clear explanation, only being told it worked often for 16 hours a day, goes unrecognized, while toxic with poor management, favoritism and severe discrimination throughout. As a woman, I experienced severe mental harassment due to my manager's toxic behavior and blatant favoritism. He gave credit to those he liked, even if they didn't contribute, while my efforts were constantly overlooked. Despite my hard work and delivering innovative, industry-standard solutions, all recognition went to his favored employees. There was also significant discrimination, with no clear guidance or goals provided. When I resigned, they treated me poorly and to this day have not settled my full and final dues. Collabera Digital made me work up to 16 hours a day under intense pressure and the experience was deeply painful and traumatic.

I bet the dislike list is long! Note this feedback is only for Bangalore and Vadodara location, so people working on other locations dont worry! trust me Culture is a chaos here for relegated people and heaven for favourites. Total Favouritism towards employees from directors, managers. Tryna make couples everywhere even if they are married from seniors interns, leads, dms managers everyone! Theres the favouritism including guys, they celebrate pride month if you’d know what i mean. Saving their favourites by helping them dodge pip plans(low performance) through some or the other reason like changing teams, maybe emailing posh to someone to be saved for 2 months from pip, maybe announcing that they are getting married to get sometime to avoid pip. Total Dictatorship in leadership. Guy does whatever he wants Company policy states that shift is 9 am to 6pm, and Monday to fridays are working days, these dictators call employees to work from monday to saturday + 9am to 7pm shift! total chaos creation in their own policies. Tryna remove employees by not caring about them, forced resignation everywhere in the org of coarse not for their favourite peeps:). Floors divided based on favouritism: relegated peeps and couple peeps. DD, Managers bossing around for no reason, hitting ciggies and eating tobaccoes everywhere, watching MI 7 to saas bahu serials to playing Call of duty in their personal cabin doing no work and bitching about each other instead of managing teams properly and working with them closely and neatly as their leaders and not bosses. Organising funfridays to waste productivity on working day and encouraging people to join and then calling people on saturday to office. Whats more? Down goes.. SalaryIncrement negotiations are not done by HRs based on performance rather some third party director or manager who we have barely work with does the increment. Office HR listens and does not put a step forward ahead to the dictator’s permission whereas it should be visa versa. Company is in downfall and tryna remove people who have been loyal to them since decade long although its okay if they want to transform into something better, but bro forcing them out is not a way! Recruiting Asks are madness here, they dont let go of you if its a critical project even if you say that man there’s no candidate available to this caliber in market.

This company don’t care about their employees, there is a flood from 5 days in all the areas, still they want there employees to come office and work. Even if there is a red alert due to extreme bad weather still they want us to be in office they don’t care if you are alive or not, if you are coming from far distant in that red alert heavy rainfall still they don’t mind they just want their work they don’t care about anything else, lot of politics, lot of pressure.
