...rk. Blame game will start if anything goes wrong. Work environment is stressful. Salary compensation is low. No career path for engineers. Company is in bad shape currently.

Salary seems low , specially for those persons who are coming from a different city and staying in Mumbai. Appraisal is also average. Getting Promotion is very difficult here. As a senior analyst in business analytics domain my salary is below average than the whole industry. Sometimes managers use to micro-manage.
