Except for it's Global name and products, there is nothing that motivates me to hang around in Colgate. It is a Manager driven company wherein they completely control your growth (both financially and career). If you end up having a lame manager you will suffocate and resign immediately. Unfortunately I am a victim of the same.

... itself has a no governance process around managers and their work performances. Moreover, the process for bonus and appraisal are just classic example of mockery to demonstrate that individual performance has been considered and eventually they pay the nominal amounts in industry.

In all aspect Colgate Palmolive is good company such as Salary - Good increment and Bonus Good Culture/Ethics Policies are employee oriented Work life balance Good Management Opportunity to learn and upgrade your skills in any domain Process are properly structured Advance technology -Less scope for manual work

Career Supportive managers, good opportunity to learn new technologies, perfect work life balance can be maintained, mental peace, no bad politics, equal opportunity given for promotion, salary hike is also good. Unless urgent no one will call you when you are on leave, I truly feel best place to work. I will come back here for sure.

Salary hike used to be avg 10perc and more which is not case now.. Company used to give gifts on diwali Or some other milestones but it's not the case now.

... the CGBS SCF is horrible. They will keep adding the pressure every 3 months. Salary on time Good mediclaim facility

Company culture, work life balance, compensation benefits and job security are best in the industry. More over no gender differences and equal opportunities for all employee's and strict code of conduct.
