...work culture, you need to be active 24×7, week off and leave not available, Mr. Rajeev Chandola manerless is controlled everyones salary cab hold your salary without any valid reason, you have listen everybody's taunt and abusive words from client to senior management. They will treat you like slave , salary credited on 10th, Don't have any team you have to be responsible for everything. 24×7 non stop calls, reports, if you start your work from morning 6 AM you will not able to complete till 12 AM midnight. Personal life will become hell and you will get a frustrating lifestyle. Totally disgusting work culture. You have to be one man army because company will not provide any manpower or team. Clients are also very abusive, they will treat you like boss.

Salary is the main issue. Employees have to wait for client's Billing approval and bill amount after that company distribute salary which takes 18th to 20th of every month. This is not enough your salary will be deduct unnecessarily. HR team don't have time to resolve employee's queries. No overtime. No proper shift time. No extra leaves. etc etc..

Good work environment with top management but others not transparent & never supportive. Company are good but not growing personally.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Salary is not satisfied.
