Cold Power Africa is a detergents company manufacturing washing powder and washing paste and still has a whole lot of detergent brands to introduce to the market. The company still has a long way to go as we intend to sell our products firstly in the whole of Zimbabwe and then in Africa and hopefully globally, but because of economic challenges in the country it will take much longer to get to the capacity the company intends to be. We work as a team and work environment is very good. At the moment our clients are based in the capital city which is in Harare same area our company is based.

Dislikes

It has work pressure now and again but the growth is slow due to economic conditions. At first it was tough being the only female for someone to take orders from me but eventually the work life and balance improved.
