Internal politics. No proper pay. Not listening of employee concerns. Totally waste As a fresher you tend to sign bond for 2 years with pay of 8k take home for one year For the second year 11.5k take home

It's best place for freshers to develop their skills, and the environment is friendly

The main thing is salary, they giving the lowest salary in current market, also in native android there are no project here

In this place we can learn lot of new technologies and help mind senior but this right place for the fresher intinaly they give 6 months training after they will puts client projects. They use advance technology in they project it should yet come, flexible time culture

This is i think BPO set up. there is no work from home and no hybrid.. one of the worst management. not proper set up for anything.if you come interview they never asking question generally asking weird question while not needed working in our projects asking newly .

I enjoyed working one-on-one with clients, which is also what appealed to me in this role. working with numerous different types of clients has allowed me to develop my ability to communicate clearly, not only with clients but also with team members. Thanks, colanites to give me that wonderful opportunity to expose my skill
