The culture is employee friendly. You get to learn a lot. The work life balance here is superb.

Dislikes

There is a huge salary gap in the hierarchy. Favouritism and biased behaviour is there in the organisation.

Likes

Good compensation. Unlimited sick leaves. Fast paced work

Dislikes

Mismanagement. People in higher levels are not experienced enough, so obvious they don't know the right criteria to judge. The WLB can be poor depending upon your team, it seems okay for them to work long hours even at night

Great place for experimenting with new technologies and no micromanagent. Very good benifits and great culture

Dislikes

Salary negotiation should be done in advance. Work can get hectic if not liking experimenting and the pushing the limits

Dislikes

It used to be the BEST in everything. Now they only promote who is close to their leaders, who licks their toes. Performance does not matter. Even when they are laying off employees every other month, the non performers with bad habits are able keep their job. The leadership is absolutely pathetic. They don't know how to lead yet they're getting lakhs to rupees deposited to their bank account. Ideally in the tough times, a company would keep best performers with best attitude. It's the opposite here. And those who perform, gets slammed by their leadership

It was a good place to work until 2021. The CEO and HR policies are the only good thing.

Dislikes

The Senior Management and Mid Management is pathetic, the ones below the CEO till the manager level are all eating the company, no job security, pathetic Managers, no guidance on work, you can be asked to leave any time, always be prepared, no matter how old are you in the system or how much hard work you do, if you are not managers favorites you could be asked to leave some day.
