It’s really Bad experiences with this organisation. The job security is very poor. There is no office atmosphere and cultural. Employees in the office works like a robots. Overall review is worst management and no people management on floor.

Job security and less communication with the people and more commercial and highly work politics

Smart people across the board, lots of opportunities to learn, and compensation above industry standards.

Extremely unstable given the nature of business, work can get overwhelming, and lots of changes all the time.

Coinbase is an absolute terrific place to work at, flexible salary, big reimbursements and team outings almost every 2 week, working in coinbase was a dream come true, crazy environment and terrific leadership.

Smart people across every team. Everyone is dedicated to solve problems. Scheduling cross functional effort is pretty easy as people in general understand how important it is to move a project

Dislikes

The company grew too quickly and it seemed like most people I met were just hired/just finished onboarding. Getting info/data fro other teams was extremely difficult as nobody had any context
