Less Salary and no increment. Sometimes I have to work for other department without any appraisal. People who are working hard should work even hard. People who don't do their work can survive with good name.

It is a great privelage to work as a part of the team and also to teach the future captain and sailors.maintaing a good discipline life withA great dream for a future as if woking at onboard

Dislikes

Studies and displine can been maintained more so that the students would have a practice before they set out work and also appraisal is to set out yearly according to the performance, staff permanence report has to be maintained and checkd periodically

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
