The Pay is very low...They are starting with 7.5 k per month for a service engineer job...even the office boy in any textile or spinning mills is getting around 8.5k to 10k per month..They are paying a engineering graduate 7.5k , which is very low ..they are not providing any provident fund and ESI benefits for employees...The quality for their products and production is very poor, that it reflects in service engineer work also spoiling his work too and he is answerable to all the mistakes done by the production side as noone will be ready to accept their mistakes on their side..It's better to work as a base level fitter or a el electrician in any spinning mills rather than a service engineer in Air control...

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
