...ransparency of work is there. You will get a decent hike as per market standard. Year end bonus is full. Work life balance is there but it will vary release to release. Colleagues and managers are easily approachable. Company overall maintain a good connection with employees. Hybrid work module is there. Flexible work hours. No strict durations of daily work.

Dislikes

Work life balance depends upon the team or product you're working. It will vary in situations. Sometimes releases are short but deliverables will be more. So you will get pressure. Some team management decision are made in US and controlled from there. Favoritism, partiality towards individual are there. So some situations you may feel upset, unsupported and disconnected. Work load balancing is not there. Managers need to make all efficient and maintain better ratio in head counts in different technologies. People, who are working less or get assigned less task due to average skills give good rating in work life balance. :-)

Work culture is quite bad and I eventually need to resign within a year itself since all of my colleagues were good politicians and you can imagine than how good will be the manager

Despite the pay, the work life balance that veritas pay is insurmountable.

All the products seem to be legacy, not much of development work available for new students. I'm talking about my experience yours can be different ..

It’s a very fast paced and relatively new organisation, so the exposure to technologies is decent but not exceptional.

Dislikes

...es for a toss with you working on every public holiday and weekends pretty much. Yes they compensate you for it for sure but there has to be a balance between mental peace and compensation.
