Cohesion has an open and transparent work environment where each individual has freedom to express her/his ownself. Trust is the key motto of Cohesion. Especially for women, transgender, and across all religions and castes, candidates are motivated to apply for jobs. Especially there are systems in place for women security like Harassment as work place policy. We have almost 16 policies which we stick to while working with children (child protection policy) and other policies for better work environment. We dont just say, but we do and implement the culture which is diverse, and we celebrate diversity of human kind which is our vision.

Dislikes

There is nothing which we dislike about our organisation, and we work like a family and even our name plate says "Cohesion Family" though all have their own views but we all have freedom of speech and we respect that. But as all are aware, spaces for good CSOs are squeezing in current scenario, keep cohesion going in terms of resource mobilization is a challenge.

cohesion is a NGO,so i actually like these fact of cohesion is to do work with community and as a implimentor under john deere SAMRUDDHI project.Cohesion is doing a great work of development of villages.i like these.
