The company where the freshers learn quickly with no pressure and from the senior colleges we get support with good environment.

Dislikes

The main problem is salary issue. Less salary compared to other companies and while coming from increments, generally a company need to pay accordingly the performance but they pay only % basis.

Likes

Poor work life balance, No major salary benifits. Even they gave 0% increment to 10% employees in March 23 increment. Medical insurance is paid. No food facility in few locations. Nothing to say positive about this organization.

Dislikes

Work life balance. Topic working environment. Every day is like a thriller movie. Everything management does is a suspense and horror story.

We introduce many preventive measures at very early stage viz. Cloth mask , Sanitization , microbial treatment at frequent levels across premises , pack foods with use & throw glass for tea and water , Bus transportation with required social distancing , conduct Virtual meeting and have virtual meet with visitors. So far we as a team did a great job and we continue to do our extra bit as a moral responsibility towards our society

There is a lot of politics the management s, salary was ok but not work satisfaction, month start was no work but month end was lot of work mind presure and health was not supported that was not considered the manager s , he doing the Shift or extra shift continue shift also telling like that. Management was considered lot presure work location mostly packing section. That was not good. Please consider the my request.
