Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Worst Management ever

One of the worst companies I have ever seen...No ethics, culture, benefits, and package....Especially work timings are not maintained properly..more than 17+ hrs of work irrespective of the actual timing... I would recommend , not to choose this company for their career development..Also management do not value employee strength

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work more than 13 hours per day. Very good work place for freshers. But, once you entered into an employee, lot of work pressure surrounds you.

i dont meet Anything good on there ... Bcause employers are forced to complete their tasks.. Including exp. And trainings.. Team leaders are dont have knowledge but speak about you have not strong knowledge to worker I metd in last 1 month 50 training and rookies and employers leaved this company ... Dont attend or join .. They are bad for clients and works to Theys product arcane are very worst dont buy are snap in trouble about free product ... Bla bla

Team leader dont have wide knowledgw about programming especially IOS and android team leader Ganesh Raja ... He is looking like a Chain robber speaks very rude to all ... His only duty is forcing workers and entertaining by workers compliment ... He just a tester ... He dont have atleast 2% knowledge about own product development of that company ...
