Tight deadlines can enhance your productivity but at the same time quality is compromised. Only positive point is that you learn to work in extreme environment where deadline can be a day or couple of hours.. This may prepare you for other companies following proper process. Can be good for freshers for only initial 1-2 years and strictly not More than this.

One word to summarize cogxim is shop. Absolutely no policies, no process, actually they don't have any knowledge or experience in corporate. They even asked people to come office in corona lock down period. It is not for long term few months or year is fine.. If you have experience more than - 3-4 years join some good company where you will learn a lot along with career growth.

I love the working environment over here, team members not only of support but even developers are to supportive. Here employee is not to pressurized to complete the task. Here the unique thing is that they set a target and gives the deadline, now this is upto us when how we have to complete the task. I am currently working over here and loving the place

There can be an annual party and this is the only moment when you can get a chance to enjoy. Nothing else which one can like here.

You will find here only those candidates which are either freshers or very low salaried people. No training at all for anything. Job security & work-life balance is negative, not even zero. Career growth, learning,innovation is zero. Appraisal never happens here and if you are lucky enough then you can receive appraisal of 500-1000 maximum irrespective of how deserving you are. Director and HR plays bad politics. Environment is OK.
