What I most liked and loved about Cogoport was leaving COGOPORT.

Salary never on time , there is no notice period they will kick you out whenever they feel , they can say company dnt have many to pay so you have to leave, company is facing issue targets not matched , the service they give to client is worst the client never returns you can ask their clients itself they have bad reputation in market . You will never get the role they hired you for, also some people where newly hired by them and within 2 months they made them leave by saying you didn't match our expectations their CEO Amitabh shankar is ont worst with bad mouth he dnt care whether employees are happy or not

They deduct salary illegally from your fixed pay without getting you sign any new offer letter. They want immediate sales from you otherwise you will get 25% salary only. Fraud company. Do not get yourself trapped here.

Dislikes

They don't want to do business they just want to fill their own pocket. They will show you absent on your salary slips to deduct salary. Salary was never on time. There is no fixed date to pay salary.

...stry. 2. Unprofessional teaching - no proper training and materials provided. 3. Unprofessional way of declaring 50% to 75% pay cut, no job security, if in any months you don't bring transaction your salary is deducted. 4. Role itself is a scam no old accounts or transacted leads provided unstructured way to find out leads create own data from random website no one to check your data, other backend data provide are completely fraud and incorrect. 5. Backend operations and supply is so incompetent even you brought client they will struggle to complete the shipment. Stay away from the company for the role of key account manager whatever the JD and salary offered is fraud and incorrect do not fall under this scam.

Working environment is good as there is nobody who will take update on your daily report .. Everybody is doing their timepass in office . No one is serious
