1)Bad Company culture associated with constant policy changes and pay cuts even after receiving the best rating. 2) Micromanagement and incompetent upper management with very little experience in the industry(Especially the Indian COO) 3) Delayed salaries for 15 to 20 days and no F&F Settlement for over a quarter. 4) Employee churn rate of 90% as use the hire and fire policy where they hire 100 retain 20 people and fire 80 people. This cycle goes on every 3 months.

Unfortunately there is nothing an employee can like about this company. The leadership team operates flaunting fake confidence and display sheer arrogance while dealing with employees. The current CEO is an incapable guy who has no clue of anything but tries to show that things are in control

...re operating Cogoport and the company can sink anytime with their mismanagement. They do not pay salary on time, when they pay they deduct salary without a reason. Have you heard salary deduction based on month on month performance appraisal anywhere? Company run by rogues, I don't know why the investors can't see this

What I most liked and loved about Cogoport was leaving COGOPORT.

Salary never on time , there is no notice period they will kick you out whenever they feel , they can say company dnt have many to pay so you have to leave, company is facing issue targets not matched , the service they give to client is worst the client never returns you can ask their clients itself they have bad reputation in market . You will never get the role they hired you for, also some people where newly hired by them and within 2 months they made them leave by saying you didn't match our expectations their CEO Amitabh shankar is ont worst with bad mouth he dnt care whether employees are happy or not

Seniors were Good. You will get good projects (which you can get in any product based company)

Dislikes

No work life balance. No policy followed. They will cut your salary each and every month and also don't give it on time. They can fire you anytime.
