No work-life balance No clear deliverables Management is clueless on how to utilize your potential and they want you to tell them how you want to contribute and when you speak of your interest, they will anyhow deny you from taking those responsibility. I don't know why they even ask the question.

...rom head office didn't arramge the transfer in a timely manner to its a holiday. On leavinf the company expect a lenghty delay in getting paid and the probable chance they wont pay holidaya or notice periods. No office equipment supplied ( bring your own laptop) no printer or phones supplied either.

What I most liked and loved about Cogoport was leaving COGOPORT.

Salary never on time , there is no notice period they will kick you out whenever they feel , they can say company dnt have many to pay so you have to leave, company is facing issue targets not matched , the service they give to client is worst the client never returns you can ask their clients itself they have bad reputation in market . You will never get the role they hired you for, also some people where newly hired by them and within 2 months they made them leave by saying you didn't match our expectations their CEO Amitabh shankar is ont worst with bad mouth he dnt care whether employees are happy or not

...ome agent might make a blunder. Top & mid level management keeps lying & lying. No salary security. No job security. & While lot of shit.

Seniors were Good. You will get good projects (which you can get in any product based company)

Dislikes

No work life balance. No policy followed. They will cut your salary each and every month and also don't give it on time. They can fire you anytime.
