Employees are too good enough in all companies, Job security is good, Gym trainer is very good and friendly, leaders are very good.

Dislikes

Manager behavioural is not good. They always tolerate, demotivate, democracy, favourism, Disrespect to employees. If they speak with direct now issue only thing is FULL of cintex, big buckects, but Cognizant is Good now issue management is not good. Mangers promoted only for makeup girls. After 10 hours work also they said to extend 1 more hours but they not paid and incentives part is very bad they are only consumed the incentives. Night shift allowance is too much bad only provide 2.5k, overall culture and management is very very bad rating is 2, they didn't provide free Food for night, coffee is not good to have simply they put in cafeteria. Gym space is very small. We don't except career growth here only except 3 to 5% percentage hike. No team outing, no fun, work work work untill u last date of notice period, no more leave approved. Full of critical situation over here.

1) Project allocation is on your luck, if you are fresher or having less experience. 2) Very less learning for freshers. 3) bench system: you have to spend lots of time on bench if you join as a PAT. 4) Rating system.
